In general Nolan, like Carson, has two speeds: "on fire" and "sleeping".
You know he's really sick when he opts for this speed instead:

Oh, how is he doing now? Sofia has been sick for more than a week now. The doctor recommended at least one more day at home before going to the daycare. She has had high fever and ear infection =(
Hopefully Nolan will be better soon!
